If you encounter errors in descriptions or technical faults with an acquired AI Model, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If we cannot rectify the fault, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund within 24 hours of the download.

Eligibility for Refund

• The AI Model does not align with the provided description.
• The AI Model accuracy diverges significantly from stated metrics.
• The file fails to open in native software or is damaged.
• Critical files are missing from the package.

Non-Eligible Instances

• Change of mind or accidental purchase.
• Post-download disinterest or "goodwill" requests.
• Failure to meet subjective expectations outside of technical specs.

Legal Obligations

In the event of a refund, you are legally obligated to delete all copies of the purchased files. A binding document will be provided requiring confirmation that you no longer possess or retain any rights to the assets.

Dispute Resolution

Should consensus not be reached with the vendor, you may raise a dispute. AIModelPlace will conduct an investigation and render a final decision based on technical verification.
