Commercial Agreement

This Commercial Agreement governs the licensing and use of AI models purchased for commercial applications through the AI Model Place.

Usage Rights

Purchasing a model under this agreement grants the user a non-exclusive, worldwide license to integrate the model into commercial products, services, and internal systems.

Restrictions

Redistribution of the raw model files or using the models to build competing marketplaces is strictly prohibited. The license is tied to the purchasing entity and is non-transferable without explicit consent.

Liability

AI Model Place provides the platform for exchange but does not warrant the performance of individual models. All models are provided "as-is," and users are encouraged to verify model accuracy for their specific use cases.
